Additional supplies:
- 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 25 ml organic olive oil or coconut oil

Mix 20 grams of turmeric powder with 85 ml of water and bring to a boil.
Turn down the heat as soon as it boils, and let it simmer until you have a thick sauce. Stir well in between!
Then remove the pan from the heat and let cool until it is still warm, but no longer hot.
Add coconut oil and black pepper and stir well.
When everything is completely cooled, you can put it in a ice mold or freeze small portions.
