Shipping & returns
Shipping methods and charges vary by country and are calculated during checkout. When an order is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or charges imposed (e.g., handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are usually due once the package arrives in the destination country.
CAUTION: The buyer is responsible for paying all possible additional charges such as import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary greatly and are often based on the price and type of item, the weight and dimensions of the package, the country of origin and the taxes, duties and surcharges of the destination country. These charges are also non-refundable in case of a return.
Interior items are handmade to order. Please allow for shipping within 3 weeks. The toys, paw balm, licking mats, enrichment products, spreads and YUME always ship the next business day. Send us a message on social media or by email to hello@lievick.com if your order is extra urgent.
Generally, you will receive your order after shipment within 1-2 days in the Netherlands and Belgium. This depends on how busy the carrier is.
Of course! After we have taken your order to the post office, you will receive a track & trace code. With this you can check when you can expect your order.
Of course! When checking out, you have the option to enter a different delivery address than the billing address. Your order will then be delivered to the 'delivery address'. Also handy if you want to send it as a gift to someone!
Almost all of our products are handmade with love. Therefore, colors or patterns may vary slightly. It is therefore not possible to return handmade products.
Returning other products in original condition within 14 days after delivery is possible. The cost of returning is at your own expense.
If you are really not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on social media or send an email to hello@lievick.com. The cost of returning is at your own expense.
Send us an email at hello@lievick.com within 3 days of receiving the damaged order. Enclose the following information in the email:
- Order number
- Photo of the damaged products
- Photo of the damaged shipping box
- Photo of the shipping label on the shipping box
We ask that you do not return orders until you receive a response from us. We will do our best to resolve this together.
You can pay via iDeal, Bancontact and Paypal. Should this not be possible for you, please take contact with us. Then we will look at the possibilities together.
Products
Our interior products are handmade with love. This is done in small quantities to avoid waste. Because of this, slight variations in colors and patterns may occur within the same product, especially if ordered at 2 different times with some time in between. We do our best to keep everything as uniform as possible, but at the same time this also emphasizes the handmade and unique nature of all products.
The item is sealed and can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Using harsh cleaning products or hard scrubbing will be able to damage the surface of the product. We recommend cleaning up strong contaminants such as wine or coffee as soon as possible. The items can be cleaned with a soft sponge, water and soap. We strongly discourage scouring pads or a dishwashing brush. This can cause damage and will make the product no longer waterproof.
Due to the nature of the material and the manufacturing process, there may be some air bubbles on our products. We try to minimize these as much as possible. Since all products are handmade, this is not always guaranteed.
Our products are water-based and although our products are sealed, making them water-resistant and food-safe, they are not dishwasher- or microwave-safe.
The products are sealed and are water, oil and grease resistant. However, the interior products are not intended to be exposed to water for a long period of time.
Our products are made from a composite material water-based, solvent-free, free of VOCs and is therefore safe for use.
Our products are finished with a very strong sealer that has been tested for food safety and is water, dirt and oil repellent.

Please note that custom orders take longer and cannot be returned.
Lambwolf products are easy to wash with a gentle program. After that, let them air dry (not in the dryer!). Between washes, you can easily vacuum them to get the biggest dirt off.
