You can use it in so many different ways, so it suits everyone's needs.

These are the 6 ways you can use YUME:

» food bowl | Fill it with kibble, fresh meat or wet food (and any supplements) for the daily meal
» slow feeder | The raised inside makes it ideal as a slow feeder for fast eaters
» tumbler | Fill YUME with kibble or snacks and let your fluff sniff out the goodies in a challenging way.
Due to the slanting bottom, YUME continues to roll smoothly - making it more challenging.
» ice cream | turn the bottom over and fill it with your favorite ice maker such as bone broth or with water thinned out sauce.
Just put it in the freezer and you have the ideal ice cream!
» likmat | Both the entire outside and the inside of the upper part are ideal to use as a lick mat.
Spread your favorite spread or yogurt between the grooves. This method is super effective at soothing and tiring your fluff.
» play object | as a whole or one of the parts; throw it away and let your fluff pick it up.
The strong material also makes it great as a play object (but no chewing!)

240 gram fresh meat / wet food
100 - 150 gram kibble (depending on which kind)
125 ml liquid (bottom)

GOOD TO KNOW:

» YUME is dishwasher, freezer and microwave safe » YUME consists of 2 parts, making it super versatile. Both parts are of course included immediately.
» There are holes in the deep part of YUME for safety reasons. This cannot accommodate liquids, but it can contain fresh meat.
» These holes are to prevent a vacuum.
» You can use the bottom for liquids and making ice cream.
» YUME is made of FDA certified natural rubber and has a CE quality mark. FDA certified products are 100% food safe and CE marking guarantees that the product meets the requirements of the European coherent guidelines.

YUME | Our story

Just before launching the LIEVICK lick mat, the idea for a multifunctional enrichment product started to grow. We are huge fans of our lick mat. But how useful would it be to combine all your meal ideas with 1 product? The ultimate goodie for giving kibble, snacks, fresh meat/wet food, something you can play with, to make it durable, that you can make frozen treats with, that serves as a slow feeder for fast eaters, and last but not least: that is amazing in your interior.

A little over 1.5 years ago we started looking for a supplier who could help us realize our idea. The first sketches and 3D drawings were already there; we 'just' had to look practically at what was doable in making and testing which material was durable and safe enough. After 8 months of searching, requesting quotes, being disappointed with promises, and being made happy by thinking along with the idea, we finally found a party that saw our idea as a challenge and wanted to think with us about how we could make it a reality. We were very busy for the next 9 months. Making it workable required a lot of trial & error (& success). Making the design fit, testing different materials and strengths, fine-tuning the design, starting the mold production, testing samples of colors/materials/ways for the connection, fine-tuning the mold and the end product and finally; the long-awaited – amazing – production. Okay and shipping... but that's easy peasy.
